 During the process of dissecting what the business offered, we found a lack of structure to their pages and unclear navigation – the worst being all of their 24 spa services hidden in a single page link under beauty.

We set to work breaking the services in to categories and creating a neat structure and large mega-menu to see everything at a glance.  Lots of photo’s were used to visually explain the various services, new description were written to sell every aspect of the services and help search engine optimisation, and prices were added in a clear, easy to understand way.  The website is now over 120 pages in size with a huge increase in visitor numbers and booking enquiries.

We design leaflets six times a year, which are distributed to over 20,000 households around Lancashire, produce framed artwork and promotional slides for the TV’s in the salon and seasonal banners for the side of the building, along with a wide selection of other promotional artwork to enhance their professional image.
